Each Strainlabs Router connects to a large number of bolts within a range of up to 90 metres in free space. A purpose-built antenna and concentrator module ensure stable reception even in demanding environments – heat, vibration, metal structures, confined spaces.
The router comes pre-configured. Connect it to power (100–240V), choose your network path – Ethernet, Wi-Fi or 4G LTE – and it starts forwarding data. No software to install. No IT project to plan. No configuration to maintain.
That means you can cover an entire flange section, a full machine line, or a complete production unit – without new infrastructure.
